Lene & Holger
Lene and Holger live in Skive near Karup stream. Holger is retired but used to work with the export of Danish goods around the world. Lene used to work in health care. They are both interested in genealogy, painting and nature – e.g. gathering mushrooms in the autumn.
Inger & Torben
Torben is a retired senior Sergeant and formally employed with Bang and Olufsen. Inger used to work as an office assistant. They live in Oddense a small town app. 15 km north of Skive. The house is an old folk high school built in 1855. It has a big garden and a tennis court and a put and take lake near by. Inger is interested in handicrafts - Torben is in charge of the cooking.
Bente & Niels
Bente and Niels are both employed at the local military barracks. They are scouts in their free time and love to travel.
Jette & Gudik
Gudik and Jette live on a farm in Spøttrup. Gudik is a retired farmer and Jette has lived in Germany for several years. Jette sells arts and crafts supplies from a shop on the farm, and Gudik sells aquavit made from his own recipes, and wine and beer.
Anna Marie is a trained teacher and has lived in Germany for 10 years. Anna Marie is interested in art and travelling. She is keen to present her visitors with Danish food, local produce and other local attractions and experiences. Anna Marie's home in Roslev is set in beautiful surroundings with exciting farm shops, flea markets and art galleries. Anne Maria runs a B&B if you should feel like staying fot the night.
Bente & John
John is retired from a job as sales consultant and Bente used to work at the tourist office in Skive and at a local school. The couple live on an old farm close to the nature area Hjerl Hede, Stubbergård Lake and Karup Stream. Bente and John used to volunteer as scoutmasters in The Danish Guide and Scout Association. They enjoy bike trips and camping when they travel.
